With Spanish heritage on her father’s side, Sharon has recently begun reconnecting with and embracing her roots in Spain.
Although she has lived in the UK all her life, she has fallen deeply in love with Spanish culture — its pace, warmth, everyday vibrancy, and sense of connection.
Naturally calm, warm, and creative, Sharon has a genuine love of caring for others and creating spaces where people feel comfortable quickly. She pays close attention to the small details that help guests feel at ease, supported, and free to enjoy the experience without pressure or expectation.
As your host, Sharon is present throughout the retreat, ensuring everything feels welcoming, well-considered, and effortless — so guests can relax and simply enjoy being there.

Ryan is Sharon’s nephew and an integral part of the hosting team throughout the retreat.
With a strong professional background managing facilities across West London, Ryan brings a steady, organised presence and a clear eye for how things run smoothly day to day.
Alongside this, he has a naturally warm and approachable manner that helps guests feel comfortable and at ease. He’s easy to talk to, attentive without being intrusive, and contributes to the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of the retreat.
Ryan is involved throughout each day — supporting the flow of activities, excursions, and logistics — working closely with Sharon to ensure the experience feels seamless, well held, and thoughtfully run.
