A Spanish Experience is operated by Beyond Journey Travel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Registered address: 39a Cromwell Avenue, London, N6 5HN.

We organise non-flight package retreats that include accommodation, meals, transfers, and excursions.

In these Booking Terms:

• “We”, “us”, “our” refers to Beyond Journey Travel Ltd.
   
• “You”, “guest” refers to the person making the booking and all persons included in that booking.
   
• “Lead guest” refers to the person who makes the booking and payment on behalf of others.
   
• “Package” refers to the retreat experience booked with us.
   
• “Departure date” refers to the first day of the retreat.
   

All guests must be 18 years of age or over at the time of travel.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our discretion.

When a booking is made:

• The lead guest confirms they have authority to accept these Booking Terms on behalf of all guests included in the booking.
   
• The lead guest is responsible for all payments due.
   
• A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been received and acknowledged by us.
   

Unless otherwise stated, the package price includes:

• Accommodation for the duration of the retreat
   
• Breakfast, lunch and dinner as specified
   
• Transfers to and from the designated arrival airport
   
• Local transport for included excursions
   
• Guided activities and experiences listed in the itinerary
   

The price does not include:

• Flights
   
• Travel insurance (mandatory)
   
• Personal expenses
   
• Optional excursions not listed as included
   

A deposit of 25% per person is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance is payable in instalments, with the final balance due no later than 12 weeks before departure.

We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payments are not received by the due dates.

Shared rooms are only available to guests travelling together.

Where a shared room is booked and the second guest fails to book, we reserve the right to reprice the booking as single occupancy or cancel and refund the booking in line with these Booking Terms.

Any request to change a booking must be made in writing by email and will be deemed received on the date we acknowledge it.

Changes are subject to availability and may incur:

• an administration fee of £50 per booking, and
   
• any additional costs incurred by us or our suppliers as a result of the change.
   

You may transfer your booking to another person, provided that:

• we are notified in writing at least 7 days before departure;
   
• the transferee meets all booking requirements; and
   
• the transferee agrees to these Booking Terms.
   

An administration fee of £50 per booking applies, in addition to any costs charged by our suppliers.

You and the transferee remain jointly liable for any outstanding payments.

If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 6 months before departure:
  Deposit refunded less a £300 administration fee.
   
• 6 months or less before departure:
  Deposit is non-refundable.
   
• 12 weeks or less before departure:
  100% of the total booking price is payable.
   

Cancellation charges reflect costs already incurred and anticipated.

You may cancel your booking without charge where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occur at the destination or its immediate vicinity which significantly affect the performance of the package.

Examples include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather events, pandemics, government travel restrictions, serious security risks, strikes affecting transport, or other events beyond our control.

We reserve the right to make changes to the package.

If we cancel or make a significant change, you will be offered a suitable alternative or a refund.
Any compensation payable will be capped at a maximum of the total price paid.

No compensation is payable where cancellation is due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances or failure to make payment.

We shall not be liable for failure to perform or delay caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, transport disruption, or other unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

You are responsible for:

• holding valid passports, visas, and health documentation
   
• ensuring you are medically and physically fit to participate
   
• holding valid travel insurance
   

All guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, suppliers, and the local community, and to treat accommodation, venues, and property with care.

We reserve the right to terminate a booking, without refund, if a guest’s behaviour causes distress, danger, damage to property, or significant disruption to others, or poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of the retreat.

In such circumstances, the guest may be required to leave the retreat accommodation or premises immediately, and any additional costs incurred as a result will be the responsibility of the guest.

Any costs arising from damage, additional cleaning, or supplier charges will be payable by the guest.

Our legal obligations following termination will be limited to those required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for excursions or activities booked independently by guests that are not part of the package.

We are responsible for ensuring that the package is performed properly in accordance with the contract.

We will not be liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage unless it is caused by our negligence or the negligence of a supplier engaged by us in the provision of the package.

Our total liability is limited to a maximum of twice the total price paid for the booking, except where injury or death results from our negligence, in which case liability is not limited.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses or for services not included in the package.

While we take care to ensure accuracy, images, descriptions, and itineraries are indicative and may be subject to change.

Your booking is protected by the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations. A summary of your key rights is available on our website.

These Booking Terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
