This page provides important information about A Spanish Experience. Please read it carefully alongside our Booking Terms before making a booking.

 A Spanish Experience is operated by Beyond Journey Travel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16937424).

We act as the organiser of this package holiday under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

 Your booking is for a non-flight package holiday and includes the travel services described on our website and in your booking confirmation, which may include:

• Accommodation
   
• Meals as specified
   
• Airport transfers to and from Seville Airport, to or from the retreat accommodation
   
• Transport for excursions
   
• Guided tours and curated experiences
   

Flights are not included.

• Dates: 19–25 October 2026
   
• Location: Spain
   
• Group size: Minimum 8 guests, maximum 10 guests.

 All prices are quoted per person, unless otherwise stated.

Accommodation options and pricing details are set out on our website.

Shared room options are only available to guests travelling together. We do not pair solo travellers into shared accommodation.

• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
   
• The remaining balance is payable in instalments as set out in your booking confirmation.
   
• The final balance is due no later than 12 weeks before departure.
   

Payments are made via secure online payment providers.

Cancellation charges apply if you cancel your booking and are based on when we receive your written notice.

In summary:

• More than 6 months before departure: refund minus a £300 administration fee
   
• Between 6 months and 12 weeks before departure: deposit is non-refundable
   
• 12 weeks or less before departure: 100% of the holiday price is payable

Each retreat requires a minimum number of guests to operate.
If minimum numbers are not met, we reserve the right to cancel the trip and will provide a full refund of all payments made. 

We may make minor changes where necessary.
If a significant change is required, or if we have to cancel the trip, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and explain your options. 

 Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests and must cover:

• medical expenses
   
• cancellation and curtailment
   
• repatriation
   

Insurance should be taken out at the time of booking.

 You are responsible for ensuring that:

• your passport is valid for travel
   
• you meet any visa or entry requirements
   
• you comply with any health regulations in force at the time of travel
   

Please inform us before booking of any medical conditions, mobility concerns, or dietary requirements so we can advise on suitability.

If you experience difficulties during the trip, we will provide appropriate assistance where reasonably possible, including help with medical services or alternative arrangements. 

Insolvency protection will be provided in accordance with the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.

Full details of the insolvency protection arrangement and instructions on how to make a claim will be provided before any payment is taken.
